I get a lot of these kinds of documents sent to me, https://imgur.com/a/mzt6Guk and honestly I am looking to sell my land, as I’m not confident that it’ll be liveable long term with climate change. I finally got an offer that is above what I originally paid (it’s expired but still). I was wondering if these offers are legitimate and worth it. Does this mean I could get way more for it? Could I even get that much more with having to pay fees that go into selling through professional services? Thanks!
