Odd question for either agents or renters – Need to sign anything to verify you viewed a property?

I’m considering renting a house and scheduled a viewing in a few days with a real estate agent. I’ve been in my apartment for two decades, so my experience with starting renting and agents is not exactly fresh. My question: When the agent shows you the property, would they ask you to sign anything to verify that they showed it to you? I’m asking not for any nefarious reason but because I have OCD related to signing anything/writing. Is it a common practice to need the prospective tenant to sign just after a viewing/tour? Thanks. And yes, OCD sucks. I wouldn’t recommend having it.
