Sorry if this isn’t allowed, couldn’t find another page to post this under.
I have been waiting close to 4 weeks to receive my exam results, on my EAccess it still shows awaiting results. I imagine things are backed up due to low staffing/covid restrictions, but almost a month is starting to get ridiculous!
Called their customer service line, wait time was between 90-120 minutes, then when I got my call back the call immediately dropped.
Has anyone else had this experience?
