Not wanting to buy in the worse time in real estate history isn’t “timing the market”

Houses have went up 50% the past two years. The feds artificially lowered interest rates and causes these insane real estate prices.

There are bidding wars, waiving inspection, and houses in terrible condition getting sold for higher prices then they should be.

Now interest rates are at 5% which WILL lower the prices of homes.

Not wanting to buy in the worst time in history is not “timing the market”.

I want to be able to look at a home, get it inspected, be able to actually negotiate the price. You know, a normal market.

Let’s be rational people. Resist FOMO.
