Hello everyone I just got out of the of the Army because I got hurt during training. I need a job. I can’t get back into the trade i am skilled in because I really don’t want to injure my back again. I have always wanted to get into the Real Estate business here in California. I want to start as soon as possible and that full time but I have no clue where to start. I know you first have to get a license but I am pretty broke right now and I don’t even know where I should go for that? Should I take classes in person? Online? I first need to get a job to get the cash flow going. I saw that Real Estate agencies are hiring even people that have no licenses and they provide “training” but I am pretty sure that isn’t paid for but I don’t know I am very new to this. I feel kind of stuck right now because I don’t know what to do next. I really appreciate any advice!
