New to real estate, looking to buy my first rental property, what books/websites are a good place to start? I'm ready to learn everything there is to know about real estate investing. (all the previous book/website recs in this sub seem several years old, looking for something post pandemic)

title! I know the basics of it all, just wondering if y’all have a great recourse I’m not aware of. I’m looking for something recent/post pandemic, because obviously the market has changed a lot… are foreclosure deals even a thing anymore? I feel like so much has changed
