I’m a newly licensed real estate agent and not technically a Realtor. I’m part of an online brokerage called Dynasty Real Estate which operates mostly in SoCal. I’m based in northern California and would like to be able to access Supra Lockboxes here. I have a couple questions:
– Will joining a realtor’s association outside of my current region be detrimental in any way?
– Will it still allow me to access lockboxes here in NorCal?
– I got my license to help friends & family and am not looking to work as a full time realtor. What can I do to minimize my fees but also gain access to lockboxes?
