New build ready in March, when to lock in mortgage?

Per the title I have a new build how that will be done around the first few days of March. When should I lock in a mortgage rate with a lender?

One lender said they can do a 90 day lock which means I could lock now, but their rate was 3.375% for a 30 year jumbo. Seems high even if rates rose a bit and I locked a normal 30 day rate in February, thoughts?

This is my first house so it’s all pretty stressful trying to get the best deal on a rate.
