New Appraisal – Will My Taxes Go Up? (PA)

I built a cookie cutter house in May 2021. I have PMI on my mortgage. I stand at about 15.6% paid off. We added a deck and the next phase of similar houses in my plan cost 15% more than when I built mine. I’m considering getting a new appraisal in hopes that my lender (Wells Fargo) will drop PMI.

This leaves me wondering if a new appraisal will affect my real estate taxes. PA always raises taxes to the current appraisal when a house is sold. Would they do the same in this case? Would they even know that it was reappraised?
