Neighbor is Selling Home with Incorrect Fencing

I thought this is the best place for this question. Not sure if I should do anything but I would be upset if I was buying the home.

Two doors down from my home a house is for sale – all the homes have green space in the back ( city property). The seller bought the home about 18 months ago and installed a fence. Because the houses are on a curve I never noticed that the fence is going back about 15 feet too far – it is actually pretty comical how far back it is going. The issue to that is the backyard is suppose to be 15 feet like the 2 neighbors beside it – and they went back to about 30 feet.

The house is now pending and I would hate for the new owner thinking they have a large backyard when in fact it is about 1/2 the size – especially for the insane price they bought for the house.

I should note the big selling point for the house was the backyard in the selling material.

Should I do anything? If so what?
