Need advice

I am making the transition to full time RE. Please, I need some guidance. I am a brand new agent and have two opportunists at my disposal. I can join a team at Keller williams where my team leader will pay for leads and marketing in exchange for a 50/50 split or I have another opportunity to join a very small brokerage getting trained and mentored by a woman who closed over 100mm in sales last year. She said she would teach me the ropes but I wouldn’t necessarily have leads being passed to me. Which one would you do being brand new? Also, what questions should I be asking in both these situations? I appreciate the feedback. Thank you in advance
