I started a new job back in May so they have no information on it. My paychecks go to a different account. I went in contract in Feb and it won’t be done until September. I don’t want that shitty townhome with no option to change anything and a non existent backyard. With interest rates rising my budget is lower anyway- even though I qualified for a much higher priced home. I was FOMO buying and now things have slowed I can take my time and find what I want. it wasn’t worth it and I’m so happy that I am in contract but I just need to find a way to disqualify without ruining my chance of buying later.
