The repairman only changed the air filter. He said that was probably causing the condenser to freeze over. I’ve since taking a look at the drain pan and it had holes that the previous owner tried to dam. The person I bought the house from got it in a divorce settlement so they didn’t know anything about the property. It’s obvious that the repairman didn’t test the drain pan to see if it was properly draining though. Is it possible to hold the seller responsible for this?
