Question: If your house just went under contract, does anyone know when you should start looking for a place to move to? I feel so scared to start doing that incase the deal falls through. It JUST went pending today. Should I wait for a little bit? I feel nervous because what if things go well & I have to leave my house & have no place lined up to go? It’s so difficult to plan because if the house falls through, we won’t be able to relocate.
