Mortgage Loan Officer working for lender with leads provided

Hello everyone,

What would be like working as a MLO for big lender corporate environment with promised of leads provided? Some of the lenders promoting the income range from $100k+/year sound very tempting.

I have been a MLO for at least more than a year working for a small broker with self-generating leads. My volume is about 2-3 deals/month from only 2 of my preferred realtors. The stress of self-generating leads just eating me every day but in return I can work fully remote and have all the freedom I can get. I am not sure if I should just work for a big corporate lender or continue to find more ways to generating lead.

Thank you.
