We’re retiring in September and had been planning to sell our homes in the spring. We bought our home at the peak of the bubble in the early 2000’s, and are now expecting to make some money but not a ton. Everyone is telling us to sell now because of the incredibly high demand, but to be honest we are not emotionally ready to do that. Is it a mistake to wait until spring? Could things drop significantly between now and then? Sorry if this is a repeat question, I am brand new to this sub.
