I recently sold my house FSBO (didn’t list it on MLS or anywhere since I sold it to a colleague). The buyer wants the house to come up in “Sold” searches on Zillow/Realtor/Trulia since the price was pretty high. He’s convinced it’ll help other homes in the area appraise or bid higher.
Is there a way to do this manually? I don’t see an option on the Zillow listing to update sold/price status and it hasn’t automatically updated with public record info. I told him I’d do what I can but…🤷🏽♀️
