We’ve been starting to look again casually after giving up in the summer.
A house we were interested in, but was listed above our price range, was recently taken off the market after sitting for a week or so.
I was wondering about the viability of reaching out to our realtor to see if they were still looking to sell. If so, what do you think the success of offering around 2% under list price? It’s an amazing, updated house in a good neighborhood. It seems weird it sat to be honest.
Has anyone else made an offer on a house after it was taken off the market? What was your experience?
