Been poking around the market in the Charlotte. NC area (30-45 minutes outside of the city)
Gastonia, Salisbury, Waxhaw, Concord, doesn’t matter where I look.
The prices have gone up easily 20%-35% over the past year and they are …slowly coming down?
But I don’t know if it’s ever going to be back to where it was last year.
I’m starting to think maybe I’m going to have to budge at the 250-350k market for 1400-2100sqft as opposed to what it was last year which was like 125-185k.
It sucks, I’m not trying to spend my entire budget on a down payment.
