I am considering putting an offer on a house that is directly next to a water District building (shares the side and back fenceline). I’m drawn to it because it doesn’t have close neighbor houses on the fenceline otherwise so it’s very private and quiet. I looked at it today and won’t be able to go tomorrow to look to see if it’s busy or loud during a week day. Does anyone have experience whether this could be loud and annoying to live next too? Or is it just a typical building with minimal commotion? Location is city outskirts about an hour South of Seattle.
