We are on day one of reaching out to local realtors about listing our home in Phoenix AZ area. One realtor we talked to set up the initial review to review our place, compare comps etc said that we should also be looking at the iBuyers out there, but said that she would like submit our home on our behalf to them, saying she’s had good luck playing them off each other.
I didn’t know this was a thing, and wanted to get some thoughts from the folks here about it. On Zillow’s site I do see this page: https://www.zillow.com/z/offers/agents which makes it sound they would still get some type of cut of the sale. But wondering how that helps me at all?
