Currently working with a buying agent and looking at homes. He is very nice and responds promptly. But felt like he is inclined towards over bidding. I know that the market is really crazy. But still felt like the realtor dint explain the pros and cons of the house with the inspection report and additional money required for fixing the house.
Meanwhile, I heard about a listing agent in my area with whom there are going to be 3 properties coming soon. My buying agent has already reached out to him, but not getting a proper response as to when it might come to market.
Is it a good idea to directly talk to the listing agent and see if I can make him as my buying agent as well? Does it increase the chances of me getting the home in the are I like. What are the pros and cons of it.
