Looking for some advice from serious investors with decent size portfolios. I’m in NY and currently have 2 (3,4 unit) properties that I pulled equity to continue buying more and doing BRRR. But even if I keep going at my current rate it will not get me as far as I want (100M+ portfolio). What should I do to level up and start doing larger deals and more deals?
