Hey All,
I have decided to open up an LLC for my one property in NJ (and for other income sources). I spoke with a representative from incorporate.com who said the lowest fees are from Delaware and he would recommend opening up an LLC from that state. However, he was unable to advise me on tax benefits.
Two questions:
1) Should I register the LLC in New Jersey or Delaware if my property is in NJ? I understand there is a fee for foreign LLC’s in NJ but would that be much higher than the benefits of being registered in Delaware?
2) Has anybody worked with incorporate.com and can recommend them?
