Got my new lease agreement today with the mistake, and it’s the second time in a row they’ve made a mistake on the agreement. (last time stated my rent doubled)
Anywho, my agreement reads that the “fixed lease starts on date: 13th of the 6th” and rent starts on date: 25th of the 7th. paid fortnightly so assumably that 7 was meant to be a 6. Is this of any use to mention or do I just sign it? I feel like a dick but I’m a 5th year university student doing my masters and the landlord is stupid rich. I could use the $1500, would I be legally liable to start paying on the agreement date? i.e. a month later than usual?
