Okay, so I’m trying to rent a house with my sister. We both have no evictions , no pets and make decent money. She has a 800 credit score and I have 579 score. My question is how are our chances to pass the application.? Oh and I also have one collection that I’m still paying but I pay on time 100% if that counts.
