Judgements for FHA

Hey Everyone,

Years ago (2018) I was a real piece of shit and was dealing with some sketchy landlords and a failing business. Fast forward to today and I am doing pretty alright and am looking to hopefully close on a house using a FHA (closing is in 3 weeks), I’m in PA and was aware based on my prequal i had a Judgement i needed to pay off so i had planned to do that today (payday). When I called the court to pay they told me i had to pay the Plaintiff who also happens to be a gigantic cuck who is in Russia on Holiday. Is there any suggestions on what i can possibly do in this situation? All the court keeps saying is make plans with the person but i literally have no means to contact him and more so he will have no interest in telling the court i paid him in a timely manor.

Bonus Question: When i was digging through dockets to find the flow of what happened since it had been awhile i noticed another Judgement against me from the same time period. Any idea why some judgements would appear but not all during underwriting?
