Jeramie Thornton grew up in a military family which instilled early on in his life the importance of integrity, ethical work practices and providing a higher standard of service that few could match. Traveling across the U.S. with his family he was fortunate enough to spend four years in Hawaii where he enjoyed surfing and playing football until he graduated from Mililani High School in 1996. His sales habit began in Hawaii at the age of fifteen where he started wrapping gifts at SEAR’s along with other DECA members during the Christmas season to make a few extra bucks. After catching the eye of the store manager Jeramie was hired on as the youngest sales associate in the hardware department at age of sixteen. After leaving for college Jeramie quickly realized he was not ready to settle down and enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. He spent a majority of his service commitment stationed in Okinawa, Japan attached to a crew of Airman providing medical evacuations for Pacific Air Command. He was selected to participate in the Boot Strap program while in the Air Force which allowed him to complete his Master of Science in Aerospace at South Eastern Oklahoma State University. He later went on to work for an Oil and Gas company where he held various positions in management and in 2010 made it back home to Idaho to be with his family.
Jeramie is extremely devoted to his family which include his beautiful wife, Jackie, and four wonderful children. He stays active with his family year around by enjoying all the outdoor beauty Idaho has to offer with activities such as skiing, rafting, camping, fly fishing and most recently trying his hand at kayaking! When Jeramie is not working or spending time with family you will likely find him volunteering at the VA Hospital, St. Michael’s or relaxing at Paradise Point in McCall, Idaho.
Jeramie has proven that he possesses the ability to form strong relationships, lead, train and motivate both individuals and large groups throughout his military and corporate career. This unique skill set ensures that any project, small or large, simple or complex, is completed from start to finish both professionally and at a standard that aligns with Lee&Associates core values. Jeramie has personally managed his own real estate assets and investments for over fifteen years and has been involved with several projects ranging from 100,000 dollars up to 100 million dollars. Jeramie has demonstrated his commitment to commercial real estate as a CCIM designee and is currently commuting to Chicago so that he may complete the required courses by years end.
