Is trespassing a normal occurrence when your home is listed?

The house we rent has been put on the market. The whole process makes me feel uneasy especially since we have a a number people causally trespass. I’m not talking about just stopping and taking photos of the front, they look through our windows, walk into the backyard.

A few days ago a realtor that lives down the street requested a showing, not sure if it was for herself or clients. She ended up canceling the showing two days ago for some reason. This morning my cameras alerted me to someone walking into our backyard. I was getting dressed so I couldn’t confront them. I check my cameras and I’m 90% sure this was the agent who booked a showing (she had walked here).

I’m shocked an agent would trespass, honestly I’m shocked anyone would trespass. Is this something “normal” and to be expected? I have giant dogs and luckily they were inside when this happened.
