The house itself is two story and spacious, the whole upstairs Is a music studio. There’s technically like 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, and 2 living rooms, with a small storefront on the side of the house.
My landlord messaged me with this deal: Will take approximately $25k down and a note which we would carry at 6-7% interest. We don’t want to be cashed out. The price is $195k.
