I’m a first time homer buyer with an FHA loan and in need of sellers assist.
I went to see a home that I fell in love with, they were asking 100k so I offered $106k with 6% sellers assist, thinking of I gave them what they asked for they’d accept it and not entertain any more showings. Well boy was I wrong, two other people have made offers and they are still showing it to 4 more people!
My realtor asked if I wanted to adjust my offer so we agreed at offering 115k with 6%sellers assist.
I’m already depressed because I feel like it won’t be enough, what do you guys think? 🥹 please don’t be mean I’ve never bought a house before and I am still learning about how it all works.
