Is there anyone to look over a home inspection and explain it to me as a buyer and give me a basic understanding of the seriousness of issues on it.

I had my inspection done and there are issues on it. I’m trying to figure out which is are major and which are just part of the age of the home. It was built in 1968.

The home is in a very competitive market so I’m sure I am not going to be able to get seller concessions on little stuff but I want to make sure there’s not stuff that should keep me from completing the purchase. Or if an issue is major and going to cost thousands and would delay the home from being sold to someone else then it may help me to get the seller to assist in paying for it.

My realtor isn’t great. He’s supposed to be sending a contractor out to get a price on some of the stuff but it’s been a few days.
