Is there any recourse if you have major plumbing issues right after closing.

A few days after we moved into our house, we had water coming up through the laminate in three rooms. Plumber had to pull the tub and excavate to gain access to the drain line under the tub and found it was disconnected. Is there any recourse against the seller? I should add that this was a flip and sold as fully remodeled.
