Recently closed on a home and our agent is offering HALF of realtor.com’s claimed cash offer (0.03% of closing price) to not report the sale to realtor.com. I know our agent has to pay when I report, and our agent said that realtor.com’s claim don’t usually pan out as they claim.
I am all about cutting the middle-person. Does any of you have bad experience with Realtor.com’s Buyer Cash Rewards?
