Okay, so there is a house I’m interested in. It’s currently listed for almost $225,000.
Been on the market where houses are selling in literally days. Currently been on the market 9-10 days.
Can I put in an offer of $205,000? Or is that stupid to do?
I asked my sister who is an agent and she told me 214,000 would probably be the lowest.
I only see it valued at 200-205. So do I have to wait for them to drop the price?
