80-90(?)k gross salary. about 50-60k net. Self-employed contractor. Owner/operator of a landscaping business. Can’t find anything I can see myself living in. Everything is so damn expensive… started looking at houses for 275k and it’s a bit of an upgrade but 275k is a bit daunting.
