I’m looking at 7 acres of land locally that is listed on zillow and the MLS for $10,000. I’m familiar with the area and have gone out to look at the property. It is in a platted sub division that is mostly undeveloped. It’s been on zillow for about 1.5 months.
If I call the agent and agree to the $10k cash will that my total cost or will they likely try to add closing costs onto the purchase price? I’m trying to get an idea what the total cost at closing will be.
