I’m looking to buy a home, and I found new manufactured homes that are affordable, but I also noticed a lot of postings for older manufactured homes that initially sold for 5-figures but are now being sold for 6-figures. Sure some manufactured homes listed were renovated, but I doubt that justifies a huge price hike for that.
