My home principle is $137k, home worth at least $300k. current rate is 4.5% with $2400 property taxes and $1000 insurance. My credit is over 800 and i’m not looking to cash out. Also hoping to skip the appraisal.
i want this to be the last refinance i do so i want to get the lowest possible rate and the lowest closing costs as i want to avoid adding a huge amount to my principle if possible.
anyone have any recommendations on lenders that may be suitable? I am in Oregon if you know of local or regional credit unions that are really good too.
