I placed for offers with my current agent. But I missed on all of them because they accepted at a significantly much lower price, even though I’m a cash offer. Below are the prices I offered and what was accepted.

I understand if I lost an offer because they accepted something much higher. But when I lost out because of hundreds of thousands, this is abnormal. I’m not exactly sure what to do. I feel livid inside.
