I have lost out on four offers that I placed, despite me overbidding the accepted offers.

I placed for offers with my current agent. But I missed on all of them because they accepted at a significantly much lower price, even though I’m a cash offer. Below are the prices I offered and what was accepted.

1) Listed: $850,000 Offered: $950,0000 Accepted: $850,000 2) Listed: $650,000 Offered: $845,000 Accepted: $705,000 3) Listed: $999,000 Offered: $1,035,000 Accepted: $1,015,000 4) Listed: $935,000 Offered: $1,010,000 Accepted: $1,002,000

I understand if I lost an offer because they accepted something much higher. But when I lost out because of hundreds of thousands, this is abnormal. I’m not exactly sure what to do. I feel livid inside.
