13 Showings between 10am and 630pm. Was supposed to be closing next Monday, but financing fell through for my buyer, and my wife is already working upstate where we’re moving and staying with our daughter/son in law, leaving me here to stage house with no car and 4 dogs I kept having to wrangle everytime someone showed up (basically every 30 minutes). Sat in the far back of our property under the shade with the dogs, 2 water bowls, and a cooler with Ice and water for me/them in 97 degree heat and 84% humidity. Sunburned, dirty, exhausted, mosquito bitten, but it’s over. Now to hear back in the am if/how many offers we received, fingers crossed!
