I am interested in an auction, life estate listing. I asked two agents to get me more information. But, they both suck.

I’m currently in a dilemma with what to do. There is a life estate listing but I’m really interested in. I contacted my regular agent that I work with all the time, to get more information for me. But because he hasn’t been consistent with replying back to me, I contacted another agent.

The second agent was telling me to stay away from this listing because it seems complicated. While the first agent was telling me that the house will be vacant at close of escrow. Meanwhile the second agent was telling me that she’s not sure if this person is going to be moving out because it’s a life estate. The house is through an auction company. Do I find another agent to work with, to obtain this listing?
