There was a house that I really liked that was walking distance to my sisters house. I want to spend more time with her and the kids. They would be more obligated to come over because we would have been so close.
I lost out on the offer because I offered $15,000 less and put less down. The buyer supposedly put 30% down, with a shorter close. Versus I would still put 15% down. However, I remove all contingencies what’s the 21 day closing. I don’t really know how much faster they could’ve been, compared to me. It sucks.
