After lots of comments and opinions from other people on Reddit, I realize that I might need a new agent to work with. There is a specific agent in my town, that I’ve been eyeing for a while. He has sold and listed many multimillion dollar listings. It’s kind of intimidating to approach somebody who has this kind of a background. When I only flip houses in the single million digits range.
He currently has a listing that I actually like, coming up soon. And I might have something for him to sell. Should I use this to my advantage to get him to work with me?
