What are the steps to tearing down an existing property, build a new one, and put it on the market to sell?
I know this isn’t a foreign concept but I want to get into the real estate business and the state I live in has some opportunities I’m interested in pursuing.
What are the steps to start this as a business? And also how is the financing? How can I start?
I know it’s not as easy as it may look but I’m very interested in doing this but I can’t find any straight answers.
Please no rudeness I’m genuinely wanting to know how this is done and maybe one day this can help someone else!
