Hi all, wondering if there is any creative ways other ppl have figured out to save on realtor commission fees? My property will practically sell it self based on the location approx for 1M+ and I don’t really want to pay 50k-60k on realtor commissions that’s an absurd amount of money for no reason, any creative ways to get around this.
