Good afternoon all, so we just had our 12th offer turned down and it’s starting to take a toll emotionally on my wife, which in return is taking its toll mentally on me, she gets to invested and hopes up to quick! I’m not here for pitty, just wanted to see what everyone’s tips and tricks were to get the offer accepted. I know cash is king and we’ve been really competitive but just missing out by 1-2k here or there and the rest the offers were about the same just haven’t been lucky I guess. And also was wondering if it is illegal or possibly unethical to send a small gift basket or something of gratitude to a homeowner for letting us how the opportunity to look at their home and if so will anyone think it’ll help us stand out in the long run? I’m open for any and all tips, thanks!
