how to find sellers to serve them

I bought a house 3 months ago, the sellers didnt disclose an issue that has cost us a good amount of money. Im in OH and was told when I bought the house they were moving to CA for work, in fact I was told they had moved before we even closed. This was not the case. I later found out they owned a house down the street (rental property) and they were staying with friends before moving. I recently (about a month ago) saw them at said house( it went on the marekt). I can not find any addresses online, the only one I seem to find is mine (previously theirs). I have no idea where they are. I have their full names and numbers as well as I found their parents address online but other than that they are ghosts. No social media posts or anything. I did find they are being sued for his job and he has a court date next month but not sure how helpful that is. I dont know if they have a permanent address in CA yet or even if they have moved yet.

Can I contact their realtor or is that inappropriate?
