I originally thought the principle balance is the payoff, but google says there is added interest and the payoff is higher than that.
how can I calculate it myself?
my principal balance is 185k as of July 1st with an interest rate of 4.375% and an escrow balance of $1,098.00. supposed to close on or before August 23, 2022. I will be making the august payment in full on the 1st of August.
I’m not sure how to calculate this myself. don’t want to run into any surprises at closing receiving less money than I am expecting
