How to buy out ownership (incompetent sibling) of inherited property…kind of a rant…

My brother and I inherited property from my father. Its a great location and will be a great property to rent out. I am a RE broker, invest in real estate, and have a good idea of whats what…Except how to work with siblings who don’t know their ass from their head when it comes to RE investing and management.

I want to explore buying them out: making them happy and making this property kick ass without having to navigate family incompetence.

Edit: Anyone have insight: how do you go about buying someone out of their ownership share?

What have you done to initiate buying a partner out, short of saying ‘here, take this wad of cash and fuck off’?
